These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the STM Mineral Water website (www.stmmineralwater.online), mobile ordering platform, and delivery services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by STM Mineral Water, having its registered office at 142, B.T. Road, Dunlop, Kolkata, West Bengal 700108, India. By registering an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete information (name, mobile number, email and delivery address) when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Orders & Pricing

All product prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability and delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time your order is placed shall be honoured for that order. A minimum order value may apply per delivery, as displayed at checkout.

3. Jar Deposit & Returnable Containers

A refundable security deposit is charged for every returnable 20 litre jar supplied to you. This deposit remains your property and is credited to your in-app wallet. It is refunded, in full or adjusted against future dues, upon return of the corresponding empty jar in undamaged, reusable condition. STM Mineral Water reserves the right to deduct a reasonable penalty from the deposit for jars that are lost, damaged, or not returned within a reasonable period.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the time slot selected at checkout; however, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address, or provide clear delivery instructions. Repeated failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may attract additional delivery charges.

5. Payments

Payments may be made via Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI, wallet balance, or Cash on Delivery (COD), where available in your area. For online payments, transaction processing is handled by our third-party payment gateway partners in accordance with RBI guidelines; STM Mineral Water does not store your card or banking credentials. For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the delivery staff at the time of delivery.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (daily, alternate-day, weekly or monthly) automatically generate recurring orders as per your selected schedule. You may pause, modify or cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard, subject to a reasonable notice period (currently 24 hours) before the next scheduled delivery.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are packed for dispatch. Once an order is "Out for Delivery," cancellation is at the discretion of STM Mineral Water. Refunds for cancelled online payments, or payments debited in error, will be processed to the original payment method or your in-app wallet within 5–7 business days.

8. Quality & Complaints

We take water quality seriously and follow FSSAI-compliant purification and packaging processes. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a delivered jar or bottle, please report it within 24 hours of delivery through the Contact page, by phone, or WhatsApp, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly, including replacement where appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STM Mineral Water's liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the value of the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from delayed delivery, service interruption, or product unavailability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
